Has anyone removed their hair extensions during lockdown?

I’ve bought some pliers to break the micro rings and am going to do it tomorrow.
I’m not looking forward to it, I’ve half a head load to do!
Any tips appreciated.

NYLTMF, I think it just takes time to get used to the(normal) volume of hair that you had before extensions.
If there was plenty of it, we wouldn't want extensions in the first place, would we?!
I can't wait for my salon to re open, so that I can have mine put back in, but I'm really enjoying giving my hair a good old wash in the shower, and I'll miss such easy maintenance ( price we pay).

I need a colour and cut, too.
I got by for a few weeks with a root colour spray, but finally had to take more drastic action, and coloured it myself.
I'm keeping it up in a fancy bulldog clip to hide the fluffy split ends.

Florrie. I'll be hoping I can get an appointment quick enough. They are opening the 20th July but you can only call to make an appointment from the 13th.

There is talk of them opening sooner (29th) but I don't think we will know until next Thursday.

Badly need a colour and a cut too. I'm nearly tempted to ask my hairdresser if they are doing foxers.
