What oil/balm to oil cleanser do you use?

And, do you recommend it?

I'm almost at the end of a cheapy one I picked up in Primark a few weeks before lockdown & have a small No7 hot cloth cleanser to use once that's gone.

I wondered if anyone uses a particularly nice oil cleanser (pref. one that emulsifies with water & definitely don't fancy coconut oil).

My favourite one is Skinfood Black Sugar but thought I might try something new.

Tia :)

I bought a Birchbox edit box for small brands and there was a balm to oil cleanser in there by a brand called Lovegrove Essentials. It's a handmade, all natural one. It's gorgeous!

I like the Body Shop Camomile Balm. It lasts for ages- maybe six months? Costs around £11.

Aesop parsley seed cleansing oil. Wonderful stuff for dry or sensitive skin and smells great.

I have seen the Sanctuary one from Boots for years, I love it.

Body shop camomile cleansing butter. I tried the superfacialist oil and my skin hated it. Bodyshop is the only one my skin will tolerate.

Another vote for Superfacialist here.

I have been using coconut oil religiously for years. Before that I used to use the Shu Eumura high performance balancing cleansing oil. Very good.

Origins Clean Energy - I've used a lot of different oil cleansers but always come back to fix one. Smells great and lasts forever.

Elemis pro collagen cleansing balm

I don't wear make-up often so if I do need a balm cleanser I have BodyShop Camomile Butter (which is DDs but she doesn't mind) , the Primark Balm-to- Oil or the latest find , The Ordinary Squalene Cleanser.

If I'm taking make-up off I use a muslin cloth , if its just a cleanse I use a Konjac sponge .

Sweet almond oil!! From health food shop or amazon, amazing and much better than all the commercial products I’ve found over time xx
