Epilating

After I epilate my skins often looks quite sore/red. Does anyone use any lotions after epilating to combat this?

I tried it once. Wondered what I had done to inflict so much pain on myself and never attempted it again.

No, my red dots are always gone by the next day

I don't use anything anymore as gone by next day. There is some spray stuff you can get for it but I forgot what it is called but tbh I think it made it worse for me. The more frequently you do it the less red spots there are as less hairs to pull out, so hurts less and less red dots I touch once or twice a week and it's minimal hair and pain and redness now. But if I went back to shavings for a month or so and epliated again it would.look more angry. So I would wax with pre waxed strips first and quixked and less painful and then any regrowth father waxing I get with epilator far less painful.

Thanks for the replies. @msmenz I think this might be the issue, I was a bit of a lockdown yeti before I did it. Bit more regular upkeep might help.
