Bum sculpting leggings = female empowerment?

I know this is S&B so don't want to go on a total downer but out walking today Sweaty Betty had a sign on their window advertising bum sculpting leggings with a female empowerment hashtag. How do a pair of leggings that sculpt your bum cheeks help with female empowerment?

Laugh at the idiocy. Leggings can't 'sculpt' your bum for what it's worth. No matter what self styled Svengali clothing manufacturers might fantasise. They are just garments made of stretchy material.

That’s so silly.

Personally I do find exercise feels empowering, in a way, eg trying new things like weights. But any old workout wear is adequate!
