Has anyone tried this? Is it worth it?

I was subscribed for about a year but I wasn't impressed. You get the same brands repeated over and over and it doesn't seem to matter what your preferences are, you get the same stuff -;for example I asked for only skincare but each month I'd get 80% makeup, which I rarely wear, and it was never in a good shade for me so basically a waste of money. Additionally several times I complained and got really snotty replies from their Customer Services. All in all I would advise to steer clear!!
