So I had ashy light blonde hair with mouse brown roots coming through. I used a custom colour website where the advisor told me I needed to use a warm blonde & sent me one out. My roots have turned orange while the rest of my hair is a slightly brassy version of my original ash blonde. It's so uneven. The roots and the rest are entirely different colours. What do I do?! Have tried purple shampoo and store bought toner with no success. Happy to go darker but do I use ash brown?! Worried that ash will turn the ends green...Grateful of ANY advice!
