Hi all
Has anyone bought from la redoute? I’ve had stuff for the home from there and really liked it. Have seen some dresses I like but not sure about sizing.

It's fairly true to size - maybe a bit on the small side as European sizes tend to be. Quality is pretty good though

I used to buy from them a fair bit but haven’t for quite some time because their prices have gone up.
They come up a bit small for standard UK for ex. a size 6 would be a well fitting size 6 not a small 8 like Next is sometimes.
I found their clothes and shoes to be of good quality, I still wear stuff I bought over 15 years ago and it’s in good shape.
Last couple of times I used them the delivery took ages but that’s OK. Their returns are excellent.
If your username is a giveaway in terms of sizing, I would suggest you also look at Mango and Mango outlet (again they do a better fit for smaller sizing) and H&M as well but they sometimes have a higher torso so lower cut at the front.
My issue is that I like clothes to be well fitted and have a slim frame so I want the back line, shoulders, bust, waist, hips to be hugged but not skin tight and these brands seem to work. I think a European fit from France, Spain, Portugal works better for a slimmer figure. I suspect they all offer a petite range for the shorter lady but standard clothes should be easy enough to take up if this is a problem for you. As long as they fit width wide length is easier to adjust.
