Where do you order The Ordinary from??

I usually order from BeautyBay or Cult Beauty but neither have the Niacinamide in stock.

Where do you order from?

I bought some cleanser from Boots ( I was doing an order of something for DD and thought I'd give The Ordinary a try)

They had very little in stock so I'm hovering round this thread in case I like the brand

I order direct from Deciem, since lockdown.

I feel a bit of an idiot that I never considered going direct to their website!!

I ordered from Deciem on Sunday night, and received it on Weds morning, so even with the Bank Hol it was good going.

Why have they not had Salicylic Acid since WELL before lockdown, months?

Directly from their website. Seem to have a lot more in stock when you go direct. Explains the lack of salicylic acid too!

@EineReiseDurchDieZeit it says on the website that they're updating their formula! Not sure what was wrong with it tbh?

I've just done a big top up order and I get mine from lookfantastic and it's really fast delivery

I couldn't find the product I was after most places, but Fenwicks had it available online.

I don’t buy it but I have noticed Just my look website have it.

Granactive retiniod out in all those places too!

I've had big issues with LookFantastic - only half of order arrived, they hardly responded to messages and blatantly lied about sending out a replacement. I would avoid them!

Ordered direct from Deciem as they had everything I wanted in stock so got the squalane cleanser, niacinamide and trying the sea buckthorn oil even though it’s going to turn me orange apparently!
