Body changed shape

Thanks to early peri menopause my body has completely changed and most of my clothes don't fit now or make me look big. I'm used to being a slim size 10-12 but and more a 14 now with a tum and bigger boobs. I have no idea what to buy anymore. Round neck t shirts seem shapeless and make my boobs look huge, a lot of tops seem short and boxy again not doing my shape any justice. I seem to live in skinny jeans and black v necks but it's too hot now. I can afford High Street - please help with what I should be wearing? I'm 46.

Avoid over sized and shapeless styles as this will make you look bigger than you are. Try to find clothing that flatters your waistline. Wrap tops and dresses are great for this time of year as they flatter a larger bust and draw the eye to your smallest point.

Block colours are also great for visual interest and tonal dressing is very chic at the moment.

Also make sure that you are buying as best quality as you can afford. Look for thicker, more structured fabric as shapes the body better.

Thanks for the advice. Just feel so frumpy!

Maxi shirt dresses are cool and flattering, gives you a waist too. I love Hush, dancing leopard and new look for them.

I’m having the same issue - suddenly grown a huge bust - it’s driving me mad.
