Just met a friend for a one-on-one catch up in the park. She said her hair stylist has sent out an email to all their clients saying 'Don't worry - we'll be in touch with you to book you in as soon as we have a firm opening date'.
My hair salon hasn't been in touch. I don't know if I'm going to need to call them, or if they will call me. I've called and the answering machine isn't on so I can't leave a message (I realise they aren't there!). I haven't had any contact as to how they will handle reopening/making a booking. Their website 'Contact us' button is disabled.
