Under skin blemishes

What is the best product to get rid of under the skin blemishes. I get a lot of hard lumps under my skin especially on my cheeks and chin area. They are not red and do go eventually but they make my complexion look a lot more uneven!! Anything I can do or use to get rid of them all?

I think I have similar and have in the past used salycilic acid products. More recently I’ve swopped to retinol serum which is helping. They aren’t great at the moment but I think pressures of lockdown learning and work are making them worse.
