Something for wet hair before combing/detangling

I have no idea about these sorts of thing and usually hand over £20 to my hair dresser and get whatever she is flogging that week. Thought I'd ask here since it will be a while before I see a hairdresser.

I have long thick hair that I wash, condition, comb through and then leave to dry on its own. It will end up drying into loose waves which I quite like. I usually use some sort of spray or serum but I've run out of what I had. I'm not sure it was completely suitable anyway. I want something to help with the detangling when it's been washed, and maybe add a bit of shine, and defrizz.

Could anyone recommend anything like that? Thanks in advance!

My hair is similar and I use Moroccan oil. A bit expensive but the bottle lasts for ages

I will second Moroccan oil. I gave tried cheaper alternatives ( Lee Stafford does one ) but nothing compared to the proper one.
It is a little bit expensive but it lasts for ages cos you only need a tiny bit

I quite the Child's Farm kids detangling spray. Cheap as chips.

L'oreal Mythic Oil. Very similar to Morrocanoil, which I used to use, but much cheaper. www.justmylook.com/loreal-professionnel-mythic-oil-100ml-p7843

You could try a product from Trepadora if you'd like to encourage your waves. They are all natural and are lovely.
