Jigsaw website crashing with order

I'm wondering if this is a regular problem as I have not tried to order from Jigsaw before. Twice this morning to tried to place an order with jigsaw and both times it crashed after I put my address in and my basket was emptied. It's a pita to go through finding the items and filling the basket again so I'm going to work now and might try again this evening.

Nearly a week of trying to place an order and it just won't go through! I have tried various payment methods but no joy. It goes all the way through to confirmation and then says there is a problem. I have emailed customer service but when I phoned it answered and put me on hold for ages until I had to hang up. Who rings an order through in this day and age and then leave you hanging?!

It seems as though they have a website (and customer service) problem but haven't acknowledged it. I've had no problem ordering from anywhere else. Sooo disappointing as I liked the stuff in my order.

Why don't you see if they've got the items you like at John Lewis - they stock lots of Jigsaw stuff?

Try deleting the cookies on your computer. I had this same problem with another website. Apparently it was to do with a corrupt cookie. Deleting them fixed it

I think the issue is your computer. If this was a problem with the site, they would have had it fixed in hours, and/or put up a holding page explaining the problem. With all the shops shut there is no way they would have left it a week, it's their only revenue stream!

As PP said, clear your cookies and history, or try from another computer or your phone.

Thanks Molton and Fizzpop, I was so excited and deleted cookies but it still isn't working. I am not in the UK so maybe it has to do with that. Maybe the dress and shoes and I were just not meant to be.

Scratch all that. I placed the order on someone else's computer successfully. Maybe my computer thinks I am too free and easy with the order button Blush
