I've always suffered from bad skin and spots on my face, chest and back since I could remember! I have combination skin. Can anyone recommend a good face wash/body wash? I've tried nearly everything out there and it's making me so insecure 😩 anything is appreciated thank you

Have you seen your Gp?

I feel your pain! I'm in my 40s and have struggled with spots since I was a teenager. For years I used the Clinique anti blemish solutions range and found it pretty good but all of a sudden my skin took a dislike to it and so I switched to la Roche possay effaclar range and it's great - my skin feels healthier than ever! I still bet the odd breakout but it's nothing like as bad as it used to be. https://www.laroche-posay.co.uk/catalog/category/view/s/effaclar/id/761/?dsrl=1231675&dssrl=1125701&gclid=CjwKCAjwk6P2BRAIEiwAfVJ0rC3G8OMyEqq0IR5nFoRQdS78iNKBioAZwAPVwzgnh43nl62iRW7EBoCPTgQAvDDBwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Not a face/body wash but have you considered Dermatica acne treatments:
www.dermatica.co.uk
They have one month free trial at the moment. Ive been using the anti aging treatment and its good so perhaps their other treatments are good? Just a suggestion Smile

I'm only 23, been on a lot prescribed from the doctor and nothing has worked or else it's made it worse! Also, has anyone had skin problems related with the contraceptive implant? I have it in

Lymecycline really worked for me, along with La Roche Posay products and unfortunately stopping using fake tan on my face!
