Skincare- help?

I've always suffered from bad skin and spots on my face, chest and back since I could remember! I have combination skin. Can anyone recommend a good face wash/body wash? I've tried nearly everything out there and it's making me so insecure 😩 anything is appreciated thank you

I feel your pain! I'm in my 40s and have struggled with spots since I was a teenager.
