Treatment for split ends

Can anyone recommend a good treatment for split ends? I was in dire need of a haircut before lockdown, and now my usually lovely, well behaved hair is just bushy. I'm using shampoo and conditioner and never blow dry it. Not brave enough to cut it myself so wondering if there's a treatment that will improve it.

Quite thick hair, not coloured, just past my shoulders.

Something I can either order online or DH can pick up at the supermarket.

I don’t think you can repair the ends once they are split so you probably will have to carefully trim them off.

I recently started using Schwarzkopf Barbary fig oil on my ends and it’s made a massive difference - my hair is fine and it used to get dry and brittle really easily and then just snap off but applying a little oil to the ends after washing seems to be keeping it really healthy. I’ve hardly got any split ends and I’ve not had a trim since Jan!
