What shampoo and conditioner do you use, please?

I have tried loads and loads of different ones, from cheap to expensive-ish and even the ones that seem good at the start eventually go a bit meh.

I now only use Aveda colour conserve (because I colour my hair). Avoid anything with silicones.

I always have to change mine as my hair seems to get used to it. I gave about three going at the same time at the moment! I also use silicone free one now and again to clean it.
My new fav product is a leave in conditioner.

I use cheap Aldi shampoo and conditioner, but I also put on Milkshake whipped cream leave in conditioner, and that makes all the difference and smells amazing too. It's not cheap tho.

Try washing with conditioner only.

My current one is SLS free, it's this one, with the matching shampoo. www.lookfantastic.fr/shea-moisture-raw-shea-butter-moisture-retention-shampoo-379ml/11309664.html
My hair has just gone a bit limp though.
