Hair Conditioner Bars and Peel Off Nail Basecoats

  1. A friend has given me bars of shampoo and conditioner for my hair. The shampoo is lovely, easily goes into a lather. I can't work out the conditioner. I rub it in my hands and then try to rub it on my hair but it doesn't feel like it's doing anything. Ios this normal? Am I missing something? How should I use it? I don't want to ask my friend as it was an Xmas present and I've only just got round to using it.
  1. Does anyone have any recommendations for inexpensive peel off base coats for nail polish? Teen dd is obsessed by nail art and desperately wants some. She got some from ebay but she says it's rubbish.
Thanks :)

this video explains how to use a conditioner bar. Skip to 1:43 because she talks for a while at the start x

When you are in the shower soak the conditioner bar in warm water for a bit, it’ll soften in up to allow you to transfer more product.
If you still don’t get on with it as a hair conditioner it is really good as an alternative for shaving foam or soap on your legs.

Thank you both. I'll have a look at the video later :)
