They are totally reputable and have been around for years. They're just a designer version of Asos if you want to think of them like that.

I would say though, that order to dispatch takes ages. It never used to be slow, but started for me way before the lockdown so I'm not sure it is connected. The one thing I ordered during the lockdown took them over a week to dispatch but when after I got the notification it came the next day. Customer Service is 24/7 though and you can get through to someone or live chat.

I completely second the Outnet recommendation. I buy almost all my clothes from them - often in their special clearance sales. They're the same company as Net-a-Porter, which I occasionally buy from, but I second typicallyatypical's comment about Net-a-Porter's slow dispatch (pre-lockdown). The Outnet is way quicker and more efficient.
