Would you return shoes that made your feet bleed?

Treated myself to some Clark's brogues. They're beautiful and I thought they would be really comfy. Wore them for the first time today and they've made my feet bleed at the heel where they rub!

I'm guessing I just have to suck this up and can't return them?

I've used this to break in both shoes and boots and it does work if you're brave enough 😂😂

I have to buy all shoes online as I'm a size 9. I have very narrow feet with knobbly toes....very difficult to gauge comfort . I accept it's my feet not the shoe.
But I have made some very expensive mistakes.
