Trouble order on a Monsoon web site.

Keep getting a timed out message when checking out. Their web site says this is because my card ( a visa) isn’t set up by the bank for online use. This is ridiculous as I do all my grocery shopping on it ( more than one store) and Amazon has this. No problem with any of them. In fact just used for an online shop when I tried to order a dress from Monsoon.
Has anyone else had this trouble?

I had a similar problem with my card with House of Fraser. I don't know what caused it but deleting my cookies fixed it. It might be worth a try.

Thank you MoltonSilver. I deleted my history. The bank have my mobile no. On the other sites I use it simply says make sure we have your contact number and it just gets paid with no trouble.Will have to look up how to delete cookies.
