SNS nails shot to bits

Hi all,

I soaked the SNS of my nails at the beginning of lock down. My Nails are shockingly thin. I was expecting them to be in poor condition but I wasn’t expecting them to be this bad. Question is what do I do when lockdown is over? Nail varnish isn’t an option as I swim most days hence the SNS which easily lasts me two weeks. Ideally I would lean to live natural

... posted to soon...

Would love to learn natural nails but that is just not going to happen. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm in the same position, I've realised how bad the SNS was for my nails. Especially now that my nails have had a chance to grow, so I can clearly see how different the new, healthy nail is.

I've been using Dior Diorlisse Abricot polish which is a one-and-done natural looking colour and care polish. I struggle to get normal polishes to last long on me at all, but this seems to last well and is much less hassle to apply (just apply one or two coats, which dries really quickly).

Thanks I will have a look for that. I feel I can’t go back to SNS but totally loathe my natural nails.

I just ordered some cnd vinylux to try - I want something to protect my nails while they recover from sns so I didn’t think gel polish (I’ve got a lamp at home) would be the best plan because of removal
