Is this jumper nice or am I swayed by the price?

I have just received this jumper - silk front, pretty colour and good price but is it a bit plain? It looks ok on but nothing special-not sure it would become a classic staple In
my wardrobe -think I am being taken in more by the 70% Off. Thoughts please.

You'd need small firm boobs for that to work... and if you've got those you can find loads of nicer tops. The silk front is a bit weird.
Does batwing now mean 'anything a normal older woman can get her upper arms into' nowadays?

I love an oversized jumper (the baggier the better) but that is a boring shape on her. I agree with the comments about needing a decent bra as well. If it looks bad on the model, it won’t look good on an actual person!

Looks tight on arms & horrible across the chest so pretty hard to see past that really!

I bought an almost identical top from Jigsaw last year but it went back as it was very unflattering and shapeless. Even though the colour suited me well and I’m tall/slim, it made me look frumpy and feel about 100! Shame as I love their colours.

I'm not keen. That colour isn't flattering for most people. Why is it reduced. Truth is it's not that nice.

What is going on in that second photo. It’s like she’s smuggling something under her top. I just don’t get why they would use such terrible photos. Such a waste of a fab model. No wonder they couldn’t sell it at full price.

I LOVE a batwing jumper. This isn’t even vaguely like a batwing!! I think it’s a good price but pretty unremarkable. Might look OK tucked into high-waisted jeans but I don’t think it would be any more special than a plain t-shirt really.
If you’re having doubts it’s usually a good indicator you should send it back.

They really need to sack/retrain both the photographer and stylist. And the designer. And whoever did the photoshop. Not doing them any favours as a brand.

I LOVE the colour and think if styled in a more fashionable way could look amazing (The model is beautiful but she has not been styled in a flattering way in my opinion)

I love it but I am 76. It isn’t batwing at all, I doubt it would wash well and they don’t do my size but for that price, if they did, I would buy it.

Beautiful colour, but the silk front is horrible. Would be lovely if it were just a normal jumper!
