Mac See Sheer or Crosswires

Hi - anyone who knows about thte Mac lipstics I need help please!

I'm looking for a coral type pink and like the look of these but have only seen on screen. I'm pale with dark hair and blue eyes and don't want the colour to be too gaudy on me - but at the same time would like a nice noticeable 'fresh' colour. The type you put on and it really wakes the face up!

Are these more suited to darker skin tones? I do wear a subtle facial tan in summer.

Whick of these, if either, do I want to spend my Selfridges voucher on?

BTW I've identified these as Mac lipstic has a good rep but open to other ideas.

Have you looked on the MAC website? They have a visualiser tool where you can see what you’d look like.

I have both these lipsticks. Crosswires is a fairly bright pinkish coral colour - fresh but not gaudy if you know what I mean. See sheer is a pretty more muted colour and is my go to lipstick. It is fairly creamy and it does not last that long on me though, but not many lipsticks do for some reason. Sounds like you would suit both. I am pale, dark hair and green eyes

I have see sheer, it’s my go to daytime shade. I have pale skin, dark brown hair and green eyes and am warm toned. It’s not gaudy as its very much sheer coverage.

I have See Sheer and agree it’s my day time lipstick. It’s lovely, although very creamy and doesn’t last.

See sheer is lovely - I am around a NC15/20 and can wear it. They stopped making it for a while I remember and there was a Rimmel lipstick/crayon that was a dupe for it.

When I saw it was back I was pleased but haven't bought it again yet.

Deathraystare thanks! I bought Crosswires as See Sheer wasn't in stock in Selfridges (where I have a voucher) - it's lovely but more of a deep pink on me than coral, so think I want See Sheer also.
