Can anyone give me advice about how to tint my eyebrows at home? I usually get them done once a month in a salon but have never attempted it myself

I bought a little kit from amazon and it’s really easy - definitely put Vaseline around eyebrows though otherwise you tint your forehead too....

It was this one Eylure DYBROW Eyebrow Dye Kit, Dark Brown www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000SDQ224/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Yb8VEb969XJFG?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

Also came to say Vaseline! I did mine first the first time recently and was a bit more slap dash with the vaseline on one eyebrow than the other and looked a bit silly for a day or two. So easy though! I might try my eyelashes next time.

Thank you, those are great tips!

I found a cotton bud was helpful for applying it alongside the brush it comes with. Cotton buds also helpful for applying vaseline. I did mine for the first time a couple of weeks ago

I bought the eyelure kit from savers. I also used vaseline and a cotton bud to apply it.
Brows still look ok 3 weeks on. I'm going to buy the eyelash tint next time I'm shopping.

Mix brown and grey tints to get a more natural looking shade of brown - the brown on it's own tends to have a fairly reddish tinge.

I use these from ebay, along with blue black for my eyelashes.

I find the brush much easier to use on my eyebrows, but use an old mascara wand for my eyelashes.

Dybrow works super well! Game changer.

I'm going to do mine soon when they've grown out a bit more. Some of mine are quite fair, and a way out from the main brow so I sometimes miss them when plucking. Do I cover these bits when I put the dye on thus enabling me to actual see them and therefore get rid easier or is this a really bad idea in terms of staining my skin?
