I need advice! I need an easy, effective long lasting fake tan that actually works?! How can this be done? I’m useless with these things but need to sort my legs out before startling everyone by exposing them

I always use Dove summer revived, but I buy in medium-dark so I only have to apply once for the colour I’m after ☺️ They do a lighter shade too if you’d rather apply gradually over a few days

The boots one is awesome and very natural

Skinny tan have a massive sale on. Now, I've not used it before, but it has great reviews. I've ordered the high spf gradual tan. Otherwise, dove is lovely but the smell has become super strong in the last few years.

Tan Luxe - whole range is incredible. I use the face drops and gradual tanner every couple of days to give a base colour and their colorless foam for a darker tan for nights out etc. it's expensive but skin feels moisturised and healthy

Skinny Tan, if you want something more budget St. Moritz gives me great results.

Skinny tan here too,

I use the dark, it does go on dark but when you wash it off you’ve a lovely soft golden tan, no streaks.

I found skinny tan a bit of a con as it was orange and streaky. isle of paradise (found in boots) is my go to product!

Agree that St Moriz is as good as expensive alternatives. The mousse is cracking. You can help yourself by putting moisturiser on your feet and knees first, applying the tan with a mitt then running over the knees and drier bits of your feet with a damp flannel (or a bit of loo roll, whatever works) straight after.

As for long lasting, you will get 5 days tops whichever one you use. Those Korean towels are best for scrubbing off the remnants before you start again.

I really like st tropez in shower tan. Rub it in for 3 mins and then wash it off. I tend to do it daily for the first few days then every 3rd day. I'm very pale and always find fake tan streaks, even the moisturise holiday glow type ones, but the in-shower one does not.
