Old lady hands/arms - moisturiser recommendations

I am in my mid 40s and noticed my hands and forearms and area between my collarbones now look like my Nan's. I am very fair and freckly, and as a child of the seventies, didn't really start using SPF until I was a teenager. What was outdoorsy is now looking haggard. Is there anything I can also on to stop the wrinkling further and make my skin look less old? Obv now use SPF 30+ outside after the clocks change. Thank you!

Neutrogena Elastiboost body lotion and hand cream are the best I’ve found, I’m the same, thin freckly skin that went through those hot 70s summers without a drop of sunscreen. They are not miracle workers but definitely help. I also had some success with Imedeen tablets but not enough to justify the cost.
