Skin tags have been posted about before. The majority of people cut them off themselves using nail clippers (I use a tiny pair of nail scissors). They bleed for 20 seconds and heal up within 24 hours. Some posters tie cotton round them to cut off the blood supply and they drop off a couple of days later.

I’m debating skin tag bands or these type of patches too - anyone had any joy with them?

I honestly can’t snip it off Shock myself....

Flibbitygibbit · 15/05/2020 22:14

I bought some cryotag from Amazon. One has just gone ....took about a week.

Onekidnoclue · 15/05/2020 22:21

How big are your skin tags? I’ve been quoted £300 to have mine cut off. It’s a big one though. About 4mm across and about 3 mm tall. I think these quick fix products are for smaller ones.

Retailqueenie · 16/05/2020 07:18

It’s only small but it’s annoying... Interesting that crystal works, did it hurt when it was coming off?

Pipandmum · 16/05/2020 07:21

I have some bottles ones that dnt bother me. But I had a big enough one to worry about and my GP (who said it was nothing) just cut it off..

Cryotag not crystals!! flippin predictive text!!

Flibbitygibbit · 16/05/2020 09:43

It's good stuff, like when a dr freezes a wart off you if you have had that done . About £17. Read the instructions on Amazon though how to see it up , first one I broke the top 🙄

Corruptedtongue · 16/05/2020 09:45

I tied a thin piece of string around mine tightly - and they fell off! Painless too.

Retailqueenie · 16/05/2020 10:26

I tried string and it just falls off...
