Do I need yoga pants in my life?

just that really. Rarely leave the house these days, WFH and of course video calls show head and shoulders only so I’m thinking I may as well be comfortable.

Should I get some? If so which ones?

Do you mean leggings or something else?
Lots of sweaty Betty fans on here but I’ve never tried them. I made a splurge on some from lulu lemon (wonder trains I think) and am shocked at how much I love them. They make me feel toned when I’m certainly not.

DarlingCoffee · 14/05/2020 19:42

Yes.

Besom · 14/05/2020 19:44

Been wondering the same thing.

Bertucci · 14/05/2020 19:47

I am living in Hush Amie joggers

I have 3 pairs and they are pretty much all I wear.

DarylDixonsHair · 14/05/2020 19:48

Yoga leggings are only comfortable if you find thongs comfortable. I have some lovely, soft leggings but you can only where a thong underneath or end up with a lumpy bum. Comfort to me is granny pants and elasticated waist bands.

itssquidstella · 14/05/2020 19:59

Yes, you need Sweaty Betty Garudasana yoga pants. I live in mine!

WickedlyPetite · 14/05/2020 20:50

I absolutely love my Lululemon yoga pants, I practically live in them.

Not such a fan of Sweaty Betty.

Bamboo is a good high quality lower priced alternative.

Seainasive · 14/05/2020 21:24

Thanks the Bamboo ones look nice and the Hush joggers too. Not too bothered about vpl and definitely won’t be wearing a thong!

Shock at the prices at Lululemon!

I live in yoga pants like these except I got mine from TK Maxx for £14. I have many pairs. Navy and black. Very soft and comfortable.

I have been living in leggings with the yoga style waistband recently. I’m not a fan of the gym wear type of fabric on a lot of them and my favourites are actually £8 from Tesco. I have 4 pairs. They are just a thick legging (so cant see my pants) with a high rise waistband and no elastic waistband. Comfortable and flattering in my tummy, I feel and look skinnier in them. Much more flattering than jeans. Honestly worth checking out if you are near a Tesco that sells clothing. They also have 50% off at the moment so they would only be £4.

angell74 · 15/05/2020 18:56

Yes. I just bought some IUGA yoga pants from Amazon. They are so comfortable - I need to buy another pair for when I wash them. I don’t wear a thong with them and they look fine - although I do wear a long line vest.

Not sure what sort of leggings you are wearing, but I wear gym/running leggings a lot and wear no vpl brazilian knickers - I never have a lumpy bum.

The Hush ones are on back order anyway. 4 to 5 weeks to dispatch. It’s too depressing to think I’d still need them by then.

I am living in the Sweaty Betty cropped Garudasana yoga pants. I bought them at the start of lockdown and have worn them probably 4-5 days a week since then Grin. Well worth the initial investment!

Topsyturvey10 · 16/05/2020 20:14

I have 3 pairs of Sweaty Betty Garudasana crops and they are fab and totally worth the splurge. My first (black) pair are 3 years old, still black, not bobbly and worn lots so I got another 2 pairs with 20/25% off offers. Wash well, dry quickly and don't need ironing.

I have a pair of Hush camo joggers 2 years old, I love the color and style but they are very bobbly now.

MassDebate · 16/05/2020 20:29

I’m currently wearing the Sweaty Betty ones - they’re the most comfortable things ever and wash like a dream. Worth the investment (but wait for a decent code or the sale)

Love Sweaty Betty leggings but have just ordered the yoga pants based on this thread!

emma6776 · 16/05/2020 20:43

Think this should give still £25 off if helpful to anyone.

What's the difference between yoga pants, leggings and joggers?
Hmm

Bella444 · 16/05/2020 21:33

Sorry! To add... I know leggings are tight and joggers baggy, where do yoga pants fit in?!
