I'm buying for DD, usually she wears Primark leggings size M (12-14), would she get away with a 14 in a Topshop legging? She's refusing point blank to let me order a 16. Other than that, can you recommend anywhere else for plain black soft leggings. Not Tu as she doesn't like them and they don't deliver to our address.
