Boobs (lack of)

Does anyone know if my boobs will grow back? I have always had smallish boobs (32B) before kids. I breastfed 2 children for around a year each , they are now 2 and 4. My boobs are practically non existent and much smaller than they were before children . It makes me feel so unsexy and unappealing to my husband. Anyone been in a position where they grew back? I’d say now I am an A cup and my chest bone sticks out the middle.

Olive you’re me! Every detail alike except my dc are 4 and 6.

I feel I have a little more breast tissue now, but this is because I've generally put on some of the fat I lost during breastfeeding which took a huge toll on my body generally and left me I think

mrsduff · 13/05/2020 10:17

I'm in this position too.. except my kids are 8 and 11 :( I was also a 32B but now struggle to fill an A cup and my breastbone is really visible. I hate it. If I had the money and the guts I'd have a boob job.

DrDreReturns · 13/05/2020 10:19

Nothing wrong with flat chested women, I find them attractive!

Pinkyyy · 13/05/2020 10:22

Embrace it! When I was younger I was always so envious of the girls with big boobs, but now I think I'd actually hate to have them. I never have to worry about wearing a bra, especially with backless dresses etc and I love it.

Fleurchamp · 13/05/2020 10:23

I have never been "blessed" but I would definitely recommend doing the boob or bust calculator as I doubt you are a 32 B - I thought I was but I am actually a 28 DD. It makes a huge difference - of course I am no Dolly Parton but having a correctly fitting bra gives me more shape and confidence.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 13/05/2020 10:23

My boobs were never the same after dc.I had a boob job in January and I dont regret the decision.

Sadiesnakes · 13/05/2020 10:27

@DrDreReturns That's a relief, Hmm

Nikhedonia · 13/05/2020 10:29

My boobs haven't been the same after having my DD. She's nearly 5, so I wouldn't say it gets any better.

Olive87 · 13/05/2020 10:32

Thanks all yes I would like a boob job but just don’t have the finances to afford that luxury. I would if I could but I also need braces so that comes first! Ironically I was the first at school to get boobs it was also so embarrassing.
@fleamadonna yes certainly after my first I was around 7 stone after breastfeeding it was not a good look. I have put on weight now and I guess I’m around 9 ish now but all to my hips and tummy . I wish that fat could be put into my boobs.

Are there any exercises that are good for increasing size?

Thanks again for all your replies

@Olive87 I am in the delightful situation where my stomach is much bigger than my boobs... Hmm

I do upper body strength exercises at home which is giving me muscle tone but sadly my abs are still under a layer of flab. In a year or two I think I will take the plunge and get a boob job...

Olive87 · 13/05/2020 11:49

@mrsduff yes that is my same situation !

Out of interest how much is a boob job in general?

I had a consultation 2ish years ago with a company called mybreast. The surgeon actually said that given how young my children were (need to be lifted into the car, need seemingly endless cuddles etc) he wouldn’t consider me for surgery at that time because the recovery is quite arduous. I was really touched by that responsible attitude.

Anyway, it was a little over £5k at the time I think.

Olive87 · 13/05/2020 12:09

@fleamadonna yes that sounds like a responsible surgeon. Yeah I’m still at the lifting stage with both clingy dc so I will need to wait a few years . Thanks for sharing

I'm the same (three kids, 3,4 and 6 months, no longer breastfeeding) and my boobs are gone! They were never big but now there are just two little empty sacks.

I'm not too bothered personally but I can understand why others would be. I find a bit of a padded bra makes all the difference though.

Olive87 · 13/05/2020 13:45

Yes I really should try a padded bra I’m just all about the comfort these days , leggings and a vest I don’t even need a bra though I do wear one just to feel more put together sometimes !

Mine have always been tiny . Less than A cup.
I get amazed by women with B or D cup saying they are flat chested !!
I couldn’t have a boob job due to a benign tumour in one boob but I know plenty of people who have had the op.
Depends how much having boobs means to you I guess .
