Fine possibly thinning hair

Pls good people if Mumsnet I need recommendations. I'm 46 and don't heat style my hair as it's wavy. Over the past couple of years it has got very fine it may be thinning but not enough to bother my GP with. I've stopped colouring as I was using box dyes. It's like candy floss, slightly layered long bob length. Can you recommend shampoo/conditioner/treatments I can use to thicken up or strengthen my wisps?

Mines wavy (& thinner thanks to menopause) I wash at night, spray this on damp dair & leave to dry naturally. I don’t heat style mine, my waves look amazing the next day with this. Pricier than I would normally pay for hair stuff but I used my boots points & got it free. Maybe buy a travel size from somewhere to try first?

Thank you so much. I actually got some bumble and bumble don't blow it cream in my Birchbox and loved it, so will definitely order this.

Revlon The One spray leave in conditioner, Florisene vitamins and a ferritin and thyroid blood test would be my starting off point. The spray gives instant oomph but it's certainly worth seeing if there's a root cause - hopefully resolveable.
