Best top coat nail varnish

Which is the best one?
Also should I really be wearing base coat? I have a range of opi, essie, sally Hanson, revlon and just use seche vite top coat but I don't think it's very good any more

I use the Sally Hensen Double Duty top and base coat and I do a base coat, two coats of colour and a top coat. Lasts at least a week and nice and shiny.

I second the Sally Hansen double duty, it’s great!
