Supportive crop top for larger boobs?

Is there such a thing. I’m trying to bridge the gap between wearing a bra (supportive) and going braless (not a good look nowadays).

Do Bravissimo sell something like that? I've had tops with in built support from them before.

ExpletiveDelighted · 07/05/2020 22:52

Our big Sainsburys has quite a good selection, I've got one that is comfy but passes the "bending over without falling out" test from there.

Destroyer · 07/05/2020 22:59

I looked on bravissimo, but they didn’t have quite what I wanted.

passes the "bending over without falling out" test from there. yep - that’s what I need. Plus something that keeps them out of my armpits...!

I was 34F Pre pregnancy and 36FF post natal. The Sainsbury's crop tops in large have seen me through the size change. Love them and so comfortable.

Summery1 · 07/05/2020 23:24

I just got this, and I like it. Size L for my DDs but I wear it as underwear. But it is comfy.

Appuskidu · 08/05/2020 00:08

Molke or Sloggi zero

Legoandloldolls · 08/05/2020 00:18

I have one from Asda. I think it's this one. You pull it over your head and it has soft pads that you can remove like on a swimming costume

I just posted on your other thread in chat, so thought I'd repost it here too.

I like the bralettes at M&S and find them very comfortable and supportive. I only just need the DD+ ones (I'm not gifted in size relative to my frame) so couldn't comment on how supportive they are for those of you with actual big breasts.

Can I jump on this thread?
36HH here. I’ve resulted to “bralletes” which are ill fitting, but comfortable to an extent, but I can’t stand bras, it digs in no matter what size I wear

Arseit · 08/05/2020 02:23

@BippityBoppity87 - what bralets have you found that go up to a H? I’m a F/G and would love a bralet (how do you even spell this?!)

Imtoooldforallthis · 08/05/2020 07:00

I'm a 36f and I wear these, often cheaper on ebay.

StatisticallyChallenged · 08/05/2020 09:40

The bravissimo zara is pretty good for large cups - it's more bralette than crop top.

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 08/05/2020 09:46

It depends how big you are but I highly recommend Uniqlo pull on bra tops, I think they go up to an H. They also usually do summer dress and vest tops with built in bras.

TorysSuckRevokeArticle50 · 08/05/2020 09:49

H&M medium support sports bras are fab, crop top racer back style in Xs-3xl.

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 08/05/2020 10:03

Although having said that about Uniqlo, I no longer wear the pull-on ones because I hurt my shoulder and they're quite a lot of effort to get on and off. I wear their regular wireless bras in the summer now.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 08/05/2020 10:23

I've just ordered a John Lewis one.Im a 34E.

teta · 08/05/2020 10:38

The only things that are comfy are sloggi zero feel. I've tried many others - Seasalt do good bamboo/cotton sports bras as well.

BippityBoppity87 · 08/05/2020 15:18

@Arseit Very ill fitting, but the only thing I find mildly comfortable other than bras that don’t dig in.

I’ve even been to Bravissimo in the past and been measured, given a few bras to try on. Fine for a little while, then end up digging in so much I have this painful red line around my back. I also hate underwired bras as I find them uncomfortable too

Destroyer · 08/05/2020 18:45

Thank you.

I don’t mind bras when I’m out and about, or at work, but they come off when I walk in the house. It’s not quite the same when I’m only going out once a day and I’m only going in to work 2/3 times per week at the moment.

I’m 32GG, so need something...

Molke. Check website for sizing but absolute game changer. They are limited stock at the moment but so comfortable.

ExpletiveDelighted · 08/05/2020 19:38

I've got a Molke and I'm not that keen on it. It's hard to get on and off, the band is very thick and it feels a bit lopsided.

Appuskidu · 08/05/2020 19:47

I adore my Molke. They are fairly quirky though so aren’t not for everyone, but it’s super comfortable and gives an amazing shape.

The Sloggi zero feel is more ‘traditional’ and is also comfortable but it doesn’t fit or support nearly as well and I feel very jiggly wearing it!

BuffaloCauliflower · 08/05/2020 19:49

Molke! Amazing, I wear nothing else now

ExpletiveDelighted · 08/05/2020 19:50

My Molke doesn't give amazing shape at all, it is very unsupportive. It's ok for yoga, gardening etc but not for everyday use.
