Which retinol?

Hello wise ladies!

I'm after some advice as I've never used retinol before (37!) - don't judge me!

Which products do you recommend? I'm reluctant to spend a fortune either please!

I currently cleanse, tone and moisturise - do I put retinol on at night? All over my face?

If you're a beginner something like the Indeed Labs Retinol Reface is great, it's very gentle but effective. Always on offer at Boots! Use at night on a clean face.

Best advice is to look for Caroline Hirons on YouTube, she has a series of videos on retinol which compare different types and explain how and when to use.
