What do you eat/take to look good?

Looking to add foods or supplements into my diet to make my hair/skin/nails look better.

Already drink lots of water and eat well but i still do not feel amazing in myself!

I add wheatgrass to my green smoothies it's made my skin brighter.

I look and feel best when I get lots of fresh air and sunshine. I eat a good diet all year round, but I think thats why I look better in summer.

I take Perfectil Plus Hair supplements & Holland and Barrett Gentle Iron 20mg tablets to improve my hair which are helping my hair to grow, as an aside my skin & nails are also looking good.

Daily avocado.

Hot lemon first thing in the morning.

Grapefruit.

Broad range of vegetables, fruit, grains.

plus I use a Vitamin D3 spray and also take turmeric (curcumin) and moringa.

I eat a pretty healthy diet (lots of fresh fruit and veg), drink lots of water and exercise regularly. Most people think I look 10 years younger than my real age. I do have a weakness for cake though. Wink

2-3 portions oily fish a week.
Plenty of fluids- mainly water, herbal tea, Max 2 x coffee
No sugar. Nuts and seeds
Lots of veg esp dark green
Also take Solgar Hair, skin and nail tablets.
