Mulberry Repair

I have a Mulberry Bayswater handbag, the piping both ends at bottom needs redoing. Has anyone used handbag clinics, were they good and how much did repairs cost? TIA

Watching with interest as I also have a Bayswater (large tote).

I’ve abused it daily for about 4 years and it is in need of repair. The bottom piping is exposed, the handles have gone dark, the strappy bits have curled up. It looks knackered.

I have had several mulberry bags repaired by mulberry. I would rather go to them than a 3rd party.
The website will have information on how to book a repair.

I had my bayswater repaired, I took it to a branch of Fenwicks that has a Mulberry concession which they then sent off to Mulberry, the piping on the bottom corners was exposed, it took several weeks, I think it cost between £150 and £175 (given the price of a new one I was very pleased with that) It is a lovely repair, looks very good and well worth it.

Thank you everyone especially thebabessavedme. I managed to pick one up on a local selling site, it's a genuine one and bar the piping it's in wonderful condition. Now my second one and had loved them from afar, so to speak.
