Do these pyjamas exist?

I’m on the hunt for some new pyjamas. I’d like something patterned, ideally floral. Nothing ‘fun’ with slogans or cartoon characters.
I want the top to be a traditional PJ top. Don’t mind if long or short sleeved.
Bottoms - not too loose and I’d really like them cuffed at the ankle. I really hate it when my pyjamas snake up my legs.
And I’d really like them to be satin. Something like these M&S ones but with an all important cuffed leg.
Does anybody have any recommendations? I see lots of lovely pyjamas but they inevitably don’t have a cuffed ankle.

Cuffed ankles are hard to find with a traditional style top. I have found one for you, not satin though...

If you really like the M&S ones would it be easy enough to run some elastic through the bottom of the trouser legs ?
They are generally fairly long so you could hem them to make a channel .

But I feel your pain as I needed short sleeved button through pyjama tops for a hospital stay recently and ended up adapting some !

Sainsburys have some with cuffed ankle atm but not satin.
