Is anyone else's hair dry and breaking? I take iron plus hair skin and nails yet my hair has gone incredibly dry, frizzy and brittle. What can I do?

Not as brittle as yours, but I'm using Moroccanoil on my hair and having to use extra hand cream because of all the washing. My face is dry too, so piles of aloe vera today!

I think I'm drinking less water, but also sweating less as doing less exercise - I wonder if that's part of it? The heating hasn't been on in the house for months.

Mines is because I'm lying in the bath for hours every day - it's a tight mess

I'm using shu uemura art of hair products and I'm really happy with them , feelunique have 25% off at the moment and I'm prone to dry hair as it's long and fine and my hair looks great , I usually wear hair extensions for thickness and use sway products for hair extensions but I had them taken out for lockdown x I'm also using milkshake products once\twice a week to stop my blonde from going brassy and it's also fab x I always take biotin daily too and I find this also make a difference to my hair and nails xx
