Skin care advice- sudden breakouts

I’m looking for some Mumsnet wisdom on what products I could use on my skin.
I have skin prone to breakouts, sensitive combination type. I’ve been using Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser which seems to suit my skin. But I have been having to wear a face mask for long shifts the past month or so and my skin has really broken out over my cheeks and in the temple area, small spots, some under the skin and others small and pussy (tmi...sorry). I need a miracle product or something I can do to clear my skin up! I feel like a teenager again and I’m in my 30’s!
Any advice or recommendations I would be grateful for Smile.

Hey, I used to struggle with spots on my chin (in my forties) and it would be much worse when I’m hormonal, but they sound similar in nature. I started using Pixi glow tonic after reading about it on here. It’s the 5% glycolic acid that matters and I think there are cheaper products. It’s actually an exfoliator but that helps the pores not get clogged.
Might help. Good luck x

I started using vitamin B supplements after my acne started to come back and it massively improved my skin.
Also wearing foundation gives me pimples to I stick to only using concealer on certain parts of my face.

id Change your cleansing routine maybe try a different balm cleanser that’s fragrance free and double cleanse
Pixi is good or the ordinary glycolic
Or you could try niacinamide and see if that helps

Plus a lot of people react and break out with Shea butter containing products so maybe be worth checking you aren’t using anything with that in just in case

I just got zineryt topical solution from the dr for my breakout. I was getting huge red cystic type spots down my cheeks. It's cleared it up really well
