I really like the look of this but it is SO expensive! Is it worth it? Are there any alternatives out there? I'm willing to invest if it's amazing but is it?

Ah I love that stuff. I got it free and apart from that I got on a plane when it feels like free money haha. So I guess I wouldn't buy. To ally but if you have enough money it's worth it

The ordinary is amazing. They’re very pocket friendly too so you can try them all. I recommended retinol, start with a low % and gradually increase, the peeling solution is great. I also love the b oil.

I’m another one to recommend The ordinary’s retinol serum just like Cotswoldmama said. Use every 2/3 days and increase to every other day after 2/3 weeks whilst skin adjusts. Lots on this if you google. You apply it at night, but you must wear sun screen during the day as it is an exfoliant but it’s gentle. I personally wouldn’t recommend Clarins Double serum, it broke me out in spots after a week’s use and I never get spots and don’t have particularly sensitive skin. I think it’s over hyped and quite greasy ( just my opinion) I do recommend Elizabeth Arden capsules too, the retinol ones ( which can be used every day) and also the vitamin c ceramide ones. I find these all very good and produce results, but they are expensive. I try to get the 60 in a pack as works out cheaper than the 30s....and you can use them every day or every other day too. You can also find some deals in at the moment.
