I have been trying to get through to Next online all week as I returned a lot of clothing by courier weeks ago but I have had no acknowledgement that they have received it and I need to pay my bill now, which is very high as they haven’t received my returns.

There is no way of phoning or emailing at all! Does anyone know how I can contact Next as I’m getting worried that they haven’t received my returns.

It seems to be taking ages for returns to reach Next from when Hermes collect them.
A phone number for Next on the returns page is 0333 7778239. Maybe worth a try?

Thanks. I’ve tried all the phone numbers but there’s a recorded message saying to email in. But that’s not working either.

I’m not impressed with them at the moment. As lockdown started I’d just had a delivery - then lockdown meant I couldn’t take my returns to the store and the website kept crashing. They advertised they’d increase their returns period. So I left it and tried again this week online - and they won’t process my return as it’s now ‘outside the time frame’ - so I’m left with a 3 tops I can’t wear as they don’t fit!!!!

Returns with them take ages at the best of times - I had to chase after 3 / 4 weeks for items I’d sent back by courier even before lockdown so I’d imagine it’s even worse now...!

Im struggling to. The 'arrange a return' option now just takes you on a never ending loop getting no where. Theyve switched off their chat option too. Clearly they are just looking to get money IN and looking to delay giving money OUT like the airlines are doing!
I'm a very regular and high spending cutomer but if i cant return the odd otem easily (and it was very easy before) I'm off to spend my money elsewhere!
