I've been asked what I want for my birthday within around £100-£150 (little more if its perfect)

I love a nice handbag love jewellery but I'm the sort of person to wear the same thing every day so it needs to be real metals.
I haven't got a clue what I want!! And have spent a lot of the day searching...
