Do you have one? Do I need one for my 50th birthday?

I have a mini. I really like it but it’s not a miracle cure by any stretch. You have to use it pretty much daily for results. That said I have hooded eyelids and my brows are definitely more raised since I started using it and my jawline and cheekbones are more defined.

Thanks whiter I have hooded eyelids too so might be worth considering

Here’s a before and after of one of my eyes @OxanaVorontsova if that helps, after about 2 month’s use (the pics were to check something else and I don’t want to show my whole face, but I hope you can get an idea).

Thanks @whitershadeofpale that’s quite a difference!

I have one. Oh my goodness. Best thing ever!

@OxanaVorontsova

Thanks *@whitershadeofpale* that’s quite a difference!
I see no difference whatsoever. I know that sounds really rude but there's no difference.

I have a foreo bear. Not sure it makes a difference and is very expensive. Dermatologists Dr Dray and Doctorly on you tube don't rate them. I think Dr Dray does say red light therapy at home can have modest effects. I have a current body red light mask and you can wear that on you face with a strap so you can get on with other stuff whilst it does its thing. You use it for ten mins.
I want to look into home radio frequency next.

whitershadeofpale · 04/04/2021 13:08

That’s fine @Bloodyfuckit, I do notice a difference, which I suppose is the most important thing. I only posted the pic to help others decide as it’s a lot of money to spend and as I said in my original post it’s not a miracle cure, any of these kind of things are limited in how much they can do.

I've got a Nuface, and finally during lockdown had the time to commit to doing it regularly. Tbh I found it boring and always left it to the end of the day. But after about 4 weeks I noticed a difference, yes it's subtle but I'm happy with it - I look a bit more refreshed/ toned and a bit less jowly. Now I've seen the benefits I'm more committed to keeping doing it too.

Delatron · 04/04/2021 16:02

I think the results are subtle and you need to use very regularly.

But subtle in terms of jowls can actually be enough. Just a tiny bit of lifting does make a difference I find. I think this will do me until I need a facelift in later years! I guess it will only have an impact for so long.

I use the Magnitone LiftOff. Does a great job, results comparable to all the B&A pics I've seen from Foreo/NuFace users. Cost £60.
