Well to add to my ingrown toenail I now have tiny, but yellow headed spots on my cheeks. I'm a veteran of chin spots and round the t-zone but never on the cheeks It's not itchy or anything. I just noticed as did "D" H by saying "what the hell happened to your face". Nice. I kind of look like this 
on one side only. Any thoughts?
