Space masks?

I've seen mentioned twice thus week - are they any good and what is a good make?

I'm a really good sleeper but thinking of buying for my friend who hates her DH having his bedside light on as she likes it pitch black - can you really sleep in them ? Thought these plus a kimono robe would make a nice gift for her birthday

I like them for soothing, but the brand Spacemasks are but overpriced. I get the Kao Steam Eye Masks off Amazon. They are all in Japanese so maybe not as suitable for a gift but lovely nonetheless Grin they also have a larger variety of scents.

They aren’t really a sleep mask although you might drift off whilst wearing one. They don’t make it pitch black. They are more like a treat for twenty minutes/half hour, like doing a face mask or a conditioning hair treatment. V good for headaches.

The one I’ve tried I loved (was Spacemasks brand). I have trouble with sleeping and it really allowed me to wind down before I slept.
