Face wash for DD8

Recently some bumps have appeared on DD's forehead, not spots like white heads or painful red bumps but something.

She only uses water to wash her face but I wondered if she should be using a gentle face wash. Is there one anyone can recommend please, and preferably available online obvs.

I bought this for DD as it seemed to fit with what she needed, she doesn’t have spots but needed something more than just water. It doesn’t dry her skin and certainly hasn’t made it worse.😊
