Has anyone had any success with esalon?

I have just received my first esalon box (discounted price). I have it on standby for my grey roots depending on when the hairdressers open.

I've heard mainly good things about esalon but I've also read a review that said it caused someone's hair to fall out.

I will do a strand test on my fringe first if I decide to use it.

How did you find it, OP?

I ordered some recently and I found it v good. I uploaded a photo of myself so that they could look at my hair colouring (goodness knows if anyone really looks) but I found it a really good match for my hair colour. I only needed to cover my grey roots and it covered them really well. There was loads of product left, so next time I shall split the quantities in half and only use half at a time.

I still haven't used the dye from esalon. I have dry menopausal hair and I'm trying Colour Wow root cover.

The dye is on standby depending on when we come out of lockdown and I can get to my lovely hairdresser.

I'll update if I get to the point where I can't stand my greys anymore.
