Why are my legs worse???

Have a very unflattering but honest mirror in my bedroom. It shows me that my previous toned and good thighs are flabby and have bad cellulite at the front down to the knees as well as the back.

Start of lockdown, engaged in concentrated leg exercises, yoga and pilates 4-5 times per week, body brushing, eating less sugar and being more active.

I've just looked again and they look awful, certainly not any better and I think worse!??

I am on my period, please tell me this is water retention?

I'm approaching 45 and 2 years ago could wear short shorts, now I can't wear anything above the knee 😱

It will be water retention. Drink more, keep up all the body brushing it will improve. Drink lots of water. Pints and pints. After a lower body weight train8ngnsesion my legs and gluten swell up for a couple of days, to the point that my thighs rub together when I walk. It'll go.

It could be the light in your room. Alcohol makes cellulite worse.
