Good thick moisturiser for dry skin pref with spf

looking for the holy grail of the title - good moisturiser, I like a thick consistency (tried a paulas choice mineral spf one but it's too runny and leaves a whitecast)

Usually use Sunday Riley tidal but it's just not cutting it at the moment and doesn't contain spf

Any recommendations appreciated

I'm on a tight budget and find the Superdrug Vitamin E day cream hits the spot for me. It's lovely and thick, easily absorbed and cheap so if you hate it, it's not a total waste. It's only an spf of 15, but that's enough for me as I'm not outside a lot and don't live anywhere sunny.

I liked Vichy Slow Age cream (in a jar). I don't have very dry sky though, but I found it pleasantly rich.
