Help - lockdown giving me worse jawline stress spots

Can anyone recommend a brilliant spot treatment? They're singular, raised, red, angry, and starting to leave scars. Along my jawline, one or two on neck or lower cheeks. Getting worse ☹️
I'm in my forties and not really had significant acne before, but always oily skin.
Thank you, you Mumsnet stars.
Have tried tea tree oil and Savlon with no luck.

Just use acnecide! It still works even if the cause is stress because it's still acne.

Ring your gp, scarring spots need to be dealt with swiftly.

I’d muddled along with acne for years, it went cystic at 40. I think the change in hormones as we approach menopause causes it.

Do you have anything for the scarring?.

Not yet, nothing for the scarring. Do you think it will get worse? Is it definitely worth a GP visit at this time?

Well most Gp’s are doing telephone appointments so ask for one of those.

If it’s scarring it’s quite a deep infection.
